Volunteer

We believe that parents are the primary disciple-makers of the home, and we are here to come alongside parents. We pray God uses our team to enhance the disciple-making process for both parents and children. The opportunities to serve our families and children are abundant. Sunday mornings and Awana on Wednesdays are the primary areas when you can find the right place to utilize your gifts.

Service in this area requires a background check and child safety training, but our team will guide you through the process. Reach out to one of our Children’s Directors, Mia Jones (Red Bank) or Erin Gayton (Signal Mtn) to get involved!

The Student Ministry at Red Bank & The Point Church is firmly grounded in The Word, teaching students to follow and worship the risen Savior, providing a Christian community, and challenging students to share their faith in Gospel conversations and show the love of Christ to those in need.

Our students meet for Life Groups on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. (Red Bank) or 11:00 a.m. (Signal Mtn) and Refuge on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. on both campuses.

Has the Lord called you to serve the next generation? Opportunities to mentor students, lead groups, or help with ministry activities and events are a great place to start! Connect with one of our Student and Family Ministry Pastors, Shaq Hardy (Red Bank) or Ryan Jeffcoat (Signal Mtn).

Join our production team which supports our in-person and online broadcast, live audio mixing, lyrics and media presentation, and lighting presentation. Reach out to Nathan Ross, our Media Director, if you’re interested.

We’d love for you to serve in our Worship Ministries. Opportunies to join the choir or orchestra at the Red Bank campus or the Praise Band at the Signal Mtn campus are available. Reach out to one of our Worship Pastors, Ryan Showalter (Red Bank) or Matt Rector (Signal Mtn), to learn more!

Red Bank & The Point Church is all about Pointing People to Jesus, both near and far! We are a sending-and-going church. We have mission teams going throughout the year both nationally and internationally. Contact our Missions Department for more information on upcoming opportunities.
